The venue serves as a reliable middle-of-the-road choice for large gatherings at Palace Grounds. The entrance features a beautiful bougainvillea canopy that creates a very nice and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. Parking facilities are quite decent and manageable, which is a significant practical advantage for this area of the city. The hall itself is spacious and well-suited for various types of exhibitions or ceremonies.

"Spacious and well-maintained hall with great dining options!" "I recently attended an event at White Petal Conventional Hall and was very impressed with the venue. The hall is incredibly spacious and can easily accommodate a large gathering of 1000+ people. The cleanliness of the hall was also remarkable, which is always a plus. One of the things that stood out to me was the fact that the hall has two separate dining areas. This made it very convenient for guests to enjoy their meals without feeling crowded. The food was also delicious, and the service was top-notch. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at White Petal Conventional Hall. It's a great venue for any large event, and I would definitely recommend it to others."

The place is very huge and well maintained with spectacular architecture design. Has marvellous hall with great lighting. Dining area is small when divided with ladies and gents. The toilets are poorly maintained they are not having regular service to clean when functions are there, so they tend to stink and look dirty. Parking is not organised well inspite of such a huge parking area.
