A perfect Kalyan Mandapam , ideal for weddings, other family functions. The USP is its cleanliness. The central area, main mandapam is huge in size. There are ample rooms & Villas for guests to stay. Parking space is sufficient. A good venue that I strongly recommend.

It's really nice. As you pay more you get. Very nice staff, helpful. Mr. Ganesh is thorough gentle and professional too. Very good ambience specially at night. Security staff and the house keeping staff are also good. Very specious. I used the whole compound and enjoyed the venue. There are 04 villa ac rooms with big space & 08 non ac rooms. Quite spacious. The con side is : 1. When some one book the villa rooms and other non ac rooms the management should provide toiletries and hand wash. Also can think of providing hand towels atleast. 2. The welcome name board of "THE OCCASION" need a must change. The present old board does not suits to the venue at all. I am thankful to the venue manager Mr. Ganesh for his services and professionalism extended to me during our two days programme and stay there.

It is spacious. Inside arrangement is also super. Parking is not at all a problem. Sitting arrangement, ventilation washing areas are standard. The most horrible thing is the location. Even the goggle was also confused. There was not a banner or board on to the road as marker. I did not find even a hoarding for the venue. This thing to be kept in mind. Rest every thing goes fine.

Good things first. Very nice venue. Spacious with CCTV. Front lawn and parking lot are nice. Apart from the hall, there is a nice open space with stage. There are 12 rooms for people to relax after lunch. Toilets are clean. Handwash area is good. There's a spacious dining area. The only problem which spoiled all the goodness were the flies which haunted the dining space.

This concept is truly fascinating, as it caters to a variety of needs, from birthday parties and weddings to sangeeths and Beegar otta, and any office events. The outdoor lawn area looks stunning at night (as shown in the picture below). There's also a vast 1-acre parking space, which is a huge plus. In addition, they’ve recently opened a villa space that includes a swimming pool, a spacious living hall, and multiple rooms. It's a perfect spot for any event.
